Great news from around the world in the sustainable fashion environment!!!
It's been almost a year since we started working on our sustainable journey last Spring, it is so exciting to hear all this great news from around the globe that more and more businesses are hand in hand to work on the sustainable way of producing their clothings. The United Nations just had a sustainable fashion summit in NY last month, France's Paris mayor declared that they will be a leading city of the sustainable fashion by 2024, they will be the host city for the Olympic that year. One of my environmentalist friends Melodie just forwarded me a Textile manufacturer Interface's Ray Anderson's article that quotes "It is a vision shared by a number of environmentalists: company takes responsibility for what they produce." Econyl, Lenzing and much more sustainable minded companies are on the rise. We cannot wait to share Ti & CoCo's new sustainable clothing in the mid April...with Aloha :)
